RENTAL POLICIES

    • Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are allowed to drive.

    • All drivers must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

    • Letting an unauthorized person drive violates the agreement.

    • Return the van on time and to the agreed location.

    • Bring it back in the same condition (normal dirt and debris are fine).

    • If returning after hours, you're responsible until we complete inspection.

    • Fuel must match the level at pickup.

    • Need extra time? Contact us before your return time.

  • During your rental, you’re responsible for:

    • Collision damage

    • Theft or vandalism

    • Weather-related damage

    • Total loss value (if applicable)

    • Repair costs + diminished value

    • Loss of use (downtime while being repaired)

    • Administrative fees

    Optional protection products may reduce this responsibility.

  • The van may NOT be used:

    • By anyone not listed on the agreement

    • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

    • For illegal activity

    • For racing or speed testing

    • To transport hazardous materials

    • Outside the U.S. or Canada

    • In Mexico (never allowed)

    • On unpaved roads

    • To carry more passengers than seat belts

    • While texting or using a device while driving

    • Smoking inside the van

    Any prohibited use can void coverage products.

    • You’re responsible for injuries or damage you cause.

    • We do not automatically provide liability coverage beyond what’s required by law.

    • If you purchase protection, we may waive some damage costs (see your rental record).

    • Your personal auto policy may apply — check with your insurer.

  • If anything happens:

    • Call us immediately.

    • Contact police if required.

    • Complete our incident report.

    • Provide any legal notices or paperwork.

    Failing to report damage or accidents may void optional protections.

  • You agree to pay for:

    • Rental time

    • Fuel shortage + refueling fee

    • Taxes and required fees

    • Late return charges

    • One-way drop fees (if applicable)

    • Cleaning fees (including smoking evidence)

    • Towing, storage, or recovery costs

    • Damage-related charges

    • Toll and violation fees

    • Legal and collection costs if necessary

    We may place a hold on your card during the rental.

    • Cancel 14+ days before pickup → Full refund

    • Cancel less than 14 days before pickup → 50% refund or a full credit that can be applied to another rental.

    • Cancel anytime within 24 hours of initial booking for full refund.

  • You’re responsible for:

    • All tolls

    • Parking tickets

    • Traffic violations

    • Toll evasion fines

    We use Global Toll Services (GTS):

    • Toll amount + $9.95 administrative fee per toll day

    • Charges are generally processed within 7 days after rental ends.

    You may pay tolls in cash where accepted.

    • Vehicles are equipped with tracking devices.

    • We may share rental info with authorities if required.

    • We may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your rental or outstanding balances.

    You can opt out of SMS by texting STOP.
