The Problem with Most Van Rentals in the Atlanta Area

If you’re searching for a passenger van rental in the Atlanta area, you may have run into the problem that the big chains mostly carry standard cars and minivans. When you need a 12 or 15 passenger van for a church trip, a youth sports team, or a family gathering, you’re often out of luck — or stuck getting quoted on a vehicle that isn’t available when you show up. We’re here to help change that.

Who Rents From Us?

This part of North Atlanta has a lot going on — large churches, youth sports leagues, corporate campuses, and families who need real group transportation. The trips we run most out of our Roswell location:

  • Church groups heading to retreats, mission trips, conferences, and camp

  • Youth sports teams traveling for tournaments across Georgia and the Southeast

  • Corporate groups from the Alpharetta tech corridor running offsites and team events

  • Families heading to Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, or the North Georgia mountains

  • Wedding parties coordinating guests between venues in the area

  • Schools and nonprofits that need reliable, affordable group transportation

What’s Included With Every Rental?

Every rental comes with the things most companies charge extra for:

  • Unlimited miles

  • Unlimited additional drivers at no extra cost

  • Anytime pick up and drop off

  • Free on-site parking while your van is out

  • No hidden fees

Unlimited miles matters especially here. A round trip to Blue Ridge is nearly 200 miles. A weekend tournament in Birmingham or Charlotte can be 400+. You shouldn’t have to watch the odometer on a group trip.

What Vans Are Available?

  • Ford Transit (12–15 passengers) — The practical choice for most groups. Seats 12-15, handles highway miles well, and has real cargo room for luggage, equipment, and gear.

  • Mercedes Sprinter (12-15 passengers) — The step up. Taller ceilings, quieter ride, and more comfortable on longer drives. A good fit for corporate travel, music tours, or any group that wants a more luxury experience on the road.

What Do I Need to Rent?

  • Must be 21 or older

  • Valid driver’s license (no special license required)

  • Proof of full coverage insurance

If your insurance doesn’t extend to rental vans, we offer coverage you can add on. Just ask when you call.

Can I Pick Up Anytime?

Yes. All of our vans have a lockbox, so you can pick up and drop off whenever works for your schedule — early morning, late night, whatever you need. No counter hours, no waiting around.

How Far Out Should I Book?

For busy weekends — spring youth sports season, summer church camp, fall retreats — booking 3–4 weeks out is smart. We do our best for last-minute requests too, so it’s always worth a call.
